All appointments are scheduled in advance. We do our best to arrive on time, but weather and job conditions may affect scheduling. Any changes will be communicated promptly.
For safety and quality, services may be postponed during heavy rain, storms, or unsafe conditions. We will reschedule at the earliest available time.
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that gates, pets, and obstacles are managed before our crew arrives so work can be completed safely and efficiently.
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major payment methods for your convenience.
All estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days. Pricing may vary based on property size, materials, and specific service requirements.
We stand by the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours so we can address and resolve the issue.
While we take the utmost care on every property, we are not responsible for damages caused by hidden obstacles (such as irrigation lines, landscape lighting, or unseen debris). Any issues will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
For recurring maintenance, services will continue on the agreed schedule unless canceled by the client with proper notice.
